Kenneth was an absolutely awesome to work with on this transaction. The home was my Father's home who passed away six months ago. The home had been severely flooded by Hurricane Harvey and is/was approximately 75% restored. The home had also been incumbered by a reverse mortgage. In this case, the reverse mortgage company was very difficult to work with. Kenneth was very understanding through the entire process. I am happy and thankful that Keith will be doing something good with the home.

They were very respectful. Very nice and pleasant. A pleasure to deal with them. Their first offer was there best site unseen which was very hard to believe. I was highly surprise when the title company email us for a clear to close. Their team kept me informed as to what would be happening next.

I worked with Quincy to close on three separate properties. To complicate things two of my properties were on one mortgage, I had a difficult management company to deal with, and I had a tenant that was a challenge to get out of one of the properties. They worked with me through the process and were very patient as we worked through each one of these challenges. I would recommend working with ORW and would myself in the future if given the opportunity.
